The city is alive with the hustles of the end of a workday. The office lights blazing as workers finish their day and janitors clean up the offices. You parked along West River Road in Minneapolis and make your way onto the Broadway Avenue Bridge. Along the way you could hear the people of the street settling in under the bridge for the night.
