Reflections at Split Rock

This is a small pool of water on the rocks along the shore of Lake Superior in Minnesota. It is late evening, about 9 p.m. The water is perfectly still except for the small ripples created by the insects skimming along on the surface. The water reflects the rocks and grasses that ring it.
