A cold wind is biting at your face. Winter is in full force on this February day. You have braved a trip to Minnesota’s North Shore of Lake Superior to view the lighthouse. Thankfully the wind is not off the lake. The waves are breaking about three feet. The rocks along the shoreline are ice and snow covered so you have take your time on the hike.
