To get a more unique view of a waterfall, get down at ground level and take a look. This perspective can give a whole different feeling. In this shot the camera was placed on the rocky shore of the river. It was hard to determine if the angle was good and if the rocks in front of the camera would get in the way. Amazingly the shot came out good only needing a small cropping to straighten out the composition.
